All products sold through this website are sold exclusively by Chase Simonson Tattoo LLC.
1. Nature of Products
Company manufactures and sells custom-fabricated aftermarket automotive components, including exhaust tips and related parts.
These products:
Are performance-based modifications
May increase sound levels
Become extremely hot during operation
Require welding or mechanical installation
2. Assumption of Risk
By purchasing any product, Buyer acknowledges and agrees:
Automotive performance modifications involve inherent risk.
Exhaust components reach temperatures capable of causing severe burns.
Improper installation may result in vehicle damage, fire, serious injury, or death.
Increased exhaust noise may violate local laws or ordinances.
Buyer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with installation and use.
3. Professional Installation Required
Professional installation by a qualified technician or welder is strongly recommended.
Chase Simonson Tattoo LLC shall not be responsible for:
Improper installation
Welding defects performed by purchaser
Vehicle damage due to misalignment or inadequate clearance
Failure to inspect before operation
4. Off-Road / Competition Use Only
Unless otherwise stated:
Products are intended for off-road or competition use only. Buyer is solely responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local vehicle laws, including noise and emissions regulations.
5. Heat & Burn Warning
⚠️ Exhaust components become extremely hot during and after operation.
Do not touch during use or immediately after engine shutdown.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Chase Simonson Tattoo LLC shall not be liable for:
Personal injury
Property damage
Vehicle damage
Loss of use
Consequential or incidental damages
Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
7. No Warranty
Products are sold “AS IS” without express or implied warranties unless explicitly provided in writing.
8. Indemnification
Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Chase Simonson Tattoo LLC from any claims, damages, legal fees, or losses arising from use or installation.
9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington
