Return Policy

1. Nature of Products
Chase Simonson Tattoo LLC manufactures and sells custom-fabricated automotive performance components. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are subject to the conditions below.
2. Returns – Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Item must be unused
Item must not be installed
Item must not be welded
Item must not be modified
Item must not show signs of heat exposure
Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
Returned items must be in original condition.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
Installed products
Welded products
Heat-cycled or used exhaust components
Modified or altered items
Custom-made or made-to-order products
Items returned outside the 14-day window
Once a product has been welded or installed, it is considered permanently used and cannot be resold.
4. Sound & Performance Disclaimer
Exhaust sound characteristics vary based on vehicle setup.
Refunds will NOT be issued due to:
Sound being louder or quieter than expected
Tone differences
Vibration
Local noise law violations
Buyer assumes responsibility for vehicle compliance.
5. Fitment Responsibility
Buyer is responsible for verifying compatibility prior to installation.
Refunds will not be issued due to:
Incorrect measurement by buyer
Custom fabrication needs
Required modification for fitment
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos of packaging and product
Retain original packaging
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
7. Return Shipping
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Items must be securely packaged
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection of returned item.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in:
Denial of future purchases
Submission of documentation to payment processor
We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
10. Limitation of Remedy
Maximum refund or remedy shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
